CRTO Notice of Elections 2015

The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care & Public Health Ontario are holding a webinar for health workers and health sector employers in primary care settings, hospitals and paramedic services to review current guidance on the management of acute respiratory infections (ARIs).

The outbreak of the Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV) in South Korea has highlighted the ongoing need for Ontario’s health system to be prepared to identify and manage patients suspected of having MERS-CoV. The webinar will provide updates on the status of the outbreak in South Korea, as well as guidance on screening and other control measures for the prevention and control of ARIs. The webinar will also include a question & answer session to allow participants to raise any issues or concerns they may have.

There are limited conference lines available for this session; to maximize participation we encourage participants from the same organization to coordinate and dial in from one line.
